Men Make Good Pets,

But, I'd Rather Have A Dog

I've been around quite a number of years. No, I am not going to tell you my age. But, I can tell you I have known a few men in my lifetime. Through these encounters I have found that my dog is definately my best friend and companion. Why? You ask.. Well, I'll just list a few for you:

    1. You must pick up mens clothes they lay scattered around the house. Not so with a dog, they don't wear clothes.

    2. You usually have to explain to a man where you are going and why. Not so with a dog. They are happy just as long as you return.

    3. A man wants his food a certain way. A dog is happy just to get a can of dog food and a few table scraps. Can you imagine trying to feed a man a can of food not warmed and without a large portion of meat and potatoes.

    4. A man wants an accounting of every penny you spend. A dog is happy as long as you have enough money to buy him a little toy now and again.

    5. A man expects you to be happy and cheerful everytime he walks through the door. A dog is happy to see you know matter what your mood.

    6. A man grumbles and groans when you want to go somewhere he isn't interested in going. A dog is just happy to go with you.

Of course there is one thing about a dog that is a little irratating. A dog has a tendency to drool and slobber all over you...But, then I guess a man does to. Mostly when he has had a little too much to drink.

(Men I know that you are substituting a woman everywhere I put the word man. That's okay, because in some cases you are probably right. Enjoy, it's all in fun.)
