the 4-H program. Henry Godecke is the instructor. No fee for the classes. Youth

The Pershing County Economic Development Authority holds a regular
monthly meeting the last Thursday of each month. These meetings have posted
agendas and are open to the public. Anyone interested in the economic future of
Lovelock and Pershing County is encouraged to attend.

If you are in need of food for your infant, toddler or preschooler please contact
the Pershing County Parent Education and Child Enrichment Project (PEACE Project).
The PEACE Project and Family to Family Connection has received a generous grant
from Pershing County. This grant will enable the Pershing County PEACE Project to
offer a limited number of families with a FREE basket of food that includes a weeks worth
of food for their infant or toddler (age birth to five). We also have clothing, diapers and
formula available to families who need help to make it to their next payday.
The PEACE Project and Family to Family Connection offers a place for you and your
child to come play, interact with other families, obtain valuable resources and get
connected within the community. Please tell a friend or stop by - ask for Carlyn or Charity!
