Contact and Event Submission Information To better serve our community with complete information please include the following when submitting an event or meeting for the calendar: What the event is, or, who is having the meeting. The day(s) and date(s) of the event or meeting. The hour the event or meeting is scheduled to begin. The location of the event or meeting. A couple of sentences to describe the event or meeting (this is optional, but people sometimes like a 'preview' before they will consider attending). Please Note: A contact name and phone number are required at the time the submission to the calendar is made. We will honor any request that the contact information be left out of what is published to the internet but it is necessary that we have it for our records.
