Lovelock Annual Fireworks Show
Sunday — 7/4/04
Community fireworks display is free to the public. The display is funded by local
businesses and the community. The Lovelock Volunteer Fire Department members
set up and execute the presentation each year.

by the intersection of Airport and Reservoir Roads.

Lovelock's 36th Annual Frontier Days
Friday, Saturday and Sunday — 7/24-7/26/04
Frontier Days is an old-fashioned community celebration. The weekend
traditionally begins with a street dance in front of the Courthouse on Friday
night. The park is filled with booths selling everything from hamburgers
to fine jewelry. Sporting contests - like the decathalon, children's games, arm
wrestling, rock drilling and the Poop/Flop/Drop contest to name a few, offers a
fun-filled weekend for everyone. Frontier Days is sponsored
by the Pershing County Chamber of Commerce.
Start Time: Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday
