The cookout is a potluck affair, the trail ride is too. July Meditation       This month we celebrate our Independence Day. On July the fourth we remember the sacrifices of our founding fathers and we rejoice in our freedom. We are richly blessed to live in this wonderful country of ours. Let us remember, however, where our true freedom is and just Who gave us that freedom. Because of our Lord Jesus Christ, we have been set free from sin, death and hell. Our Lord conquered these evils upon the cross by shedding His innocent blood for us. In Christ we are truly free. Yes we live in the freest country on earth, but our true freedom is in Christ. Amen.
