Lovelock Frontier Days 2013
Dear Vendor:
The Lovelock Frontier Days Committee would like to invite you to this year’s
Frontier Days celebration, scheduled for August 2, 3 and 4, 2013.
You may download the Vendor & Concession Stand
Agreement as a .pdf file from the link provided. The
agreement will open in a new window, close that window to return to this page. A copy of the 2013 Courthouse Park
map is also available for download from this link as a .pdf file.
If you require electricity (less than 12 Amps) you must be located
in the designated electrical spaces against the courthouse and you may NOT run extension cords across the
walks or lawns. If you need other arrangements please let us know prior to your arrival and we will make every
effort to accommodate your needs. If you need more than 12 Amps of electricity, you must provide your own
generator. The generator spaces are located on the perimeter of the park and are labeled 1G-6G.
Once you have downloaded the 2013 form, please return the completed form, with the
appropriate fee to:

There will be no refunds on fees after June 1, 2012.
Vendor spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Vendors must check in at Headquarters prior to setting up. Booth set up may begin Thursday,
August 1, 2013, between 6 PM and 8 PM, and Friday, August 2, 2013 at 8 AM. You may
NOT begin your sales until 10 AM on Friday, August 2, 2013.
