Dear Vendor:
The Lovelock/Pershing County Chamber of Commerce and the
Lovelock Frontier Days committee would like to invite you to this year’s Frontier Days celebration,
scheduled for July 25, 26 and 27, 2008.
Here you will find the Vendors & Concession Stands Agreement
and a park map. If you require electricity, you must
be located in designated electrical spaces against the building and may NOT run extension cords
across the walks or lawns. If you need other arrangements, please let us know prior to your arrival.
We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

There will be no fee refunds after July 1, 2008.
Vendor’s spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Vendors must check in at headquarters before setting up. Booth set up may begin Thursday,
July 24, 2008, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and Friday, July 25, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. You may
not begin your sales until Friday, July 25, 2008. If you have any questions please call
